The Construction Update Network provides you with the most comprehensive bidding information service available in the Midwest. By utilizing our services, your company will experience more opportunities for growth and will obtain the information necessary to succeed in today’s competitive construction industry.

The Construction Update Network helps you through every phase of the construction process. From pre-planning to award information, we will search out the information and report it to you accurately and completely. Our services are beneficial to owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.

The Construction Update Network offers two options for obtaining project information services: Construction Update Network (regular membership) or CUonline Electronic Plan Room Network.  Both options are outlined below.

CUonline Electronic Plan Room Network – powered by iSqFt

The Construction Update Plan Room Network joined forces with iSqFt back in May of 2001 to power the CUonline Electronic Plan Room Network (powered by iSqFt). This service is available to companies who want access to public bidding information, including plans, specs, and addenda anywhere an internet connection is available, 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. This service provides you with detailed descriptions of competitively bid projects along with a complete list of prospective contractors, their addresses, phone and fax numbers. Search for public projects in the CUonline Electronic Plan Room Network based on the CSI codes you perform and types of projects you want to bid. Coverage of projects includes Iowa, Eastern Nebraska, Western Illinois and South Dakota.

There is also a private electronic plan room available to General Contractors called the MBIonline Private Construction Office, powered by iSqFt. The Private Construction Office also contains a bid solicitation tool to allow the General Contractor to restrict the number of bidders and access on their projects to a select list of subcontractors and suppliers with the specific capabilities the GC requires, and a proven record of success with their company. Please contact Mona Dvorak at (515) 657- 4392 with questions regarding the Private Construction Office.

Features also included in a CUonline Electronic Plan Room Network membership include:
